I believe Adarga has got the approach to flexible working absolutely right. Adarga provides office space if employees work better in that environment, I have personally observed a greater office presence as we continue to grow. However there is no obligation to be in every day, just now and then for kick offs and team meet ups. Adarga also provides a 20 'anywhere days' a year, I had a great time working remotely from Verona during July and August.

I have a daughter and I am able to look after her better after joining Adarga. Work from home is accepted and adopted. We have all necessary tools to do our job efficiently from home. We meet once in two or three months officially as a company and also sometimes on need basis as a team. I love the way we do work here in Adarga.
