The tech stack at Adarga is very up to date, this means we are working with new technologies and learning how to use them. There's a generous learning budget and freedom to experiment and gain experience with new technologies

There is a good work life balance at Adarga. Projects have reasonable deadlines and projects managers are understanding and avoid scope creep. There's regular catch-ups with your manager to ensure your workload is manageable

My colleagues are experts in their field, have a great grasp of the core technology (React, Typescript etc.) as well as the wider web ecosystem. We offer a collaborative approach to working which means you're continuously learning better approaches for developing solutions.

At Adarga there is an ongoing rapid expansion. We are onboarding new clients quickly and this requires more employees, including more developers to keep up with the requests for new features.

I believe Adarga has got the approach to flexible working absolutely right. Adarga provides office space if employees work better in that environment, I have personally observed a greater office presence as we continue to grow. However there is no obligation to be in every day, just now and then for kick offs and team meet ups. Adarga also provides a 20 'anywhere days' a year, I had a great time working remotely from Verona during July and August.

When I joined Adarga, what made me stay here is our culture of collaboration and learning. Every person I met made me feel welcomed and was ready to help with best of their abilities. Once I got settled work here is very interesting and challenging, and the atmosphere so positive, that it brings the best out of everyone professionally and personally.

I have a daughter and I am able to look after her better after joining Adarga. Work from home is accepted and adopted. We have all necessary tools to do our job efficiently from home. We meet once in two or three months officially as a company and also sometimes on need basis as a team. I love the way we do work here in Adarga.

We are trying to solve a very hard real world problem at Adarga, our work involves using cutting edge tech and lots of hard work. Everyone here is sensible, dedicated and hard working, and care about others which is quite rare to find.

They give you a budget for training and develop your skills with courses and resources. They also provide the option to spend 20% of the time on other projects where you can grow any other skills that you may want.

They encourage you to try new things and give you time and resources to keep growing your skills, like budget and 20% of your time to do other projects with the goal to learn new skills.

Since I joined Adarga I feel that my opinions are always listened to and taken into account not only in my area (design) but also in any other areas.

We're always pushing the boundaries and looking to build a product that supports customer use cases. This requires us to think of innovative ways to solve problems and implement solutions at a fast pace.

I love working from home, and in addition to that, we are allowed to work abroad for 20 days of the year. Our teams are flexible with changing work hours, so working abroad is not a problem at all.

The product teams involve engineers, data scientists and QA engineers who work very closely together. There is a strong sense of comradery and support.
