Our take

Apolitical was started in 2015 to help public servants break free from the silos of working life. It provides access to a global knowledge platform and social network that helps them find the ideas, experts and partners they need to solve the hardest challenges facing our societies.

This strategy is based on the belief that what works in one government is likely to hold lessons for others and is inspired by the aesthetic and agility of consumer tech. Some of Apolitical's partners include the governments of the UK and the UAE, the World Bank, and the World Economic Forum.

The company's ultimate goal is to accelerate the adoption of better skills and solutions in government, so that 1% of governments’ $30 trillion annual budget is spent 50% more effectively, unlocking $150 billion each year for society.
