Beamery has Development Days every month which are widely used for learning by both teams and individuals. We enjoy workshops and collaboration, it helps us get to know each other better cross-functionally and build professional relationships as well as tackle some common problems at the same time and try and solve our clients' pain points. I've learnt so much in my 1,5 years here by simply taking on new projects and working with different people across the business, the teams are always happy to help each other!
