The motto here is "Fired Up" (For context search Obama fired up on youtube. I haven't met a single person who isn't completely fired up about Blink. everyone loves it and enjoys working hard as a result.

Blink is a technology that genuinely makes peoples day to day lives better. We help people communicate with colleague more easily, help them feel part of something and help them have a voice within organisations that are traditionally very secular. Exciting stuff!

I've been able to work in many different areas (customer success, sales, marketing, product) and learn more about these roles.

The Blink team is made up of good people. They respect each other's work and we are all aligned with making a great solution.

There's genuinely no hierarchy here – everyone is on the same proverbial page. I speak to junior team members and the CEO with the same frequency, and there's no one who feels out of bounds, for anything. This nurtures a real sense of openness that I've not experiences anywhere else; I never feel afraid to get it wrong or ask silly questions, which in turn makes me much better at my job.

There's 0 micro-managing here; in fact, the opposite. You'll be onboarded, given regular checkins, etc., but in general you'll be trusted completely to get things done without much intervention. That's empowering! I've been able to lead major projects, present ideas and much more in my first few months.

Frontline workers are disconnected from their employers and workplace technology, yet they are the highest proportion of the workforce and often are working in jobs that are critical to society. Developing powerful yet intuitive technology for this proportion of the workforce is truly satisfying.

The team works hard to deliver new features for customers as quickly as possible. Whilst the team works hard we're also rewarded for it - and there is a good work-life balance.

In two years time we have done amazing work which is making the company grow at an incredible speed, which would have never happened without the team's effort. Our growth speaks wonders about our team.

The product is expanding incredibly fast, new features coming out almost every month.. It makes the QA role very fun. There is always something new to get your teeth into!

You're given autonomy on how to run your day-day and are able to input into how the product should work.

The work you do makes a difference in peoples (work) life and it's great to hear feedback from our users on how we can improve things even more!

Loads of extra stuff for wellbeing, ski holidays, yoga classes, company holidays, walks around the UK. Also credits to use on general wellbeing outside of work as well as private healthcare so all the benefits that comes with that. A nice social culture on top of that too.

Free to join any meetings, the CEO and everyone else is always incredibly honest and open when asked about the companies inner workings and what's going on. We have fortnightly catchups with the whole company to keep everyone on the same page.

There isn't anyone in the team that drags their feet, we're all very open to discussion with each other and there's a lot of knoweldge to be shared.

Our product is actually one of a kind, it's fun to build and develop. There is always a plan for the immediate future, and goals for where we think the product might be in a year or two's time. These goals move as we learn more about the problems we're trying to solve.

Autonomy is vitally important to us. We hire people not only based on skill and experience but also on their ability to own their area and run with it! We're growing and evolving so rapidly that you need to adapt at speed, and the only way we can do this together is by having full trust and respect in what each individual does. There's no micro-management here! We want people to challenge, improve, and inspire us.

Everything that we do on a day-to-day basis is ultimately to make the work lives of frontline workers easier, more engaging, and most importantly to give them a voice. We are very customer-centric and our end-users are at the forefront of every decision we make. The whole team is amazing and very hard working and that is because each and every person believes in the value Blink is bringing to our customers. The management team is fantastic and the passion to grow the business is crystal clear!

I know it is probably a cheezy thing to say but its the honest truth... my colleagues are not just peers that I work with on a day to day basis, they are truly friends. Yes, we work very hard as a team but we also spend a lot of time socializing both at work and outside of work. This is something that everyone enjoys and is embedded in the company culture.

Constant access to managers so lots of communication. They get involved with the team activities, sit with the rest of the team etc. Easy to check in with managers and they will always check up on your development.
