CEO of Otta

Carrot Fertility allows employers to provide fertility healthcare benefits to their staff. The company’s program includes IVF, egg freezing, donor and gestational carrier services, adoption, and pharmaceutical services. Carrot services over 400 companies in over 60 countries, and has clients such as Peloton, Box, Slack and Eventbrite.

Given that the last decade has seen a 25% rise in parents using assisted reproductive technology, Carrot is operating in a growing space. The global fertility services market is expected to be worth over $40 billion by 2026. This is reflected in the surge of investment in the fertility space, which has trebled in the last decade to over $600 million per year.

Carrot has seen significant growth over the past few years, and this is expected to continue due to a shift towards telehealth transactions as well as a changing view of fertility services no longer being a perk, but a basic health requirement.
