Otta's take

Sam Franklin

CEO of Otta

The global HR analytics market is growing and is worth billions globally. Visual charting of employee data is essential for a business to gain insights into their staff, but existing software generally targets specific data points and does not show a holistic view. ChartHop found that most HR teams lack the critical people data to drive organizational decision making.

ChartHop integrates all types of employee data into a single software package, helping to drive alignment and accountability across whole organisations. By bringing together employee datasets such as payroll, demographics, performance and engagement, ChartHop can help business executives make better decisions about their workforce.

ChartHop has raised a steady stream of funding to date from established investors such as Andreessen Horowitz. ChartHop has acquired Gather - a people operations workflow builder that helps scaling teams coordinate their employee experience. This is the company's first acquisition since its founding in 2019.
