Inspiring mission
I feel very inspired by the mission at Circle. We help people achieve their dreams and provide for themselves, just by doing what they love or what they're good at. Knowing I work on a product that truly improves lives makes it easy for me to show up for work every day with the smile on my face.
Thoughtful onboarding
Big focus on the first 90 days here. You won't be left to swim on your own. You'll know exactly what's expected of you and will be set up to accomplish it. I specifically love the 90-day celebrations in Slack.

When I joined Circle I was really thrown in the deep end, but it meant that I learned so much! The Head of Customer Support mentored me a lot, and she was always planning ahead, so I kept learning. Everyone in the team, including the other teams within the organization, is supportive and excellent at their work.

Circle's mission to empower creators and businesses to build better communities is one of the big reasons I chose to accept a role at the company. Selling becomes a lot easier when you truly believe in the mission and see how happy the customers are with the product.
Supportive management
The management team at Circle have been open, transparent, and incredibly kind since Day 1. This was another non-negotiable for me in my initial job search and I am thrilled to be part of a company where I know everyone from my manager to the CEO truly cares about my career progression.

There is a very intentional focus on employee well-being at Circle. They offer fully remote work and the flexibility and autonomy to get your job done wherever you are. They have a generous PTO policy and I feel comfortable bringing any concerns - work or personal - to my manager knowing I'll be fully supported.

Circle founders are just built differently. I never saw a company with leadership that is so close to the product and the team. They care a lot about the team, the quality of the product and the long term vision.
