Focusing on enterprise and B2B, Commsor is aware that the community industry still remains an afterthought for many companies, although more startups are creating community budgets and positions for community managers.

Commsor does a lot to push the importance of community, partnering with companies on a Community-Led Declaration, launching its C School program to help community managers learn the trade, and growing its Community Club.

Commsor have raised considerable funding and they are planning to use funds to expand the team and further develop the tools and programs they offer. The company have strategically acquired Meetsy, Caravel, and Port, helping boost the solutions Commsor can provide to companies.

Commsor is not the first company I've worked at that offers flexible working, but it is the first one that actually caters for it! We're encouraged to keep our communication as async as possible, and — while we do work hard — we're really given the space we need to live our lives. No clock-watching. I've just welcomed my first child, and having the flexibility to actually spend time with my daughter is incredible. I get most of my work done in the early morning before she's up, and I'm able to step away for bath and bedtime.

Commsor's flexible working and unlimited leave policies mean that you can actually prioritize your own wellbeing. I love that I'm able to hit the gym during off-peak hours, or perhaps take a brain break for an afternoon walk, if I need it. We're also encouraged to take time off after a particularly big project or busy period. I find that having that freedom makes me so much more productive. When you feel cared for, it's much easier to deliver your best work.
