Our take

DSM is operating within the market of tools designed to help creators and businesses communicate and build communities through social media. DSM promise to help users swiftly send hundreds of personalized direct messages (DMs) through Twitter and Instagram, and automatically follow-up to increase conversion rates.

DSM CEO Brandon Rubinshtein has experience founding companies with Rank My Dentist and the Digital Creative Talent Network. The latter furnished him with industry-specific expertise: it is an agency dedicated to helping establish creators, and has worked with the likes of Dr Daniel Rubenshtein and Dennis Rodman to grow social accounts.

Currently in their last round of Beta, DSM looks set to contribute a potentially useful tool to the broader social media marketing space. With companies continuing to lucratively mine social media as a source of sales, DSM is entering into a fast growing sector.
