Values are central to everything at Dayshape. The values are very people centred, and encourage each individual to grow both personally and professionally. The senior leadership team also really showcase these and are determined to keep values at the core as we grow.

The team energy at Dayshape makes it a great place to work. Everyone is working hard to achieving our common goal and it is extremely collaborative. This is a genuinely a company where its people are the strongest asset. It's a pleasure working with such personable, determined and kind individuals.

All employees have a voice here and we really believe in open communication. Everyone is regularly involved in all hands meetings and also dedicated times of the year for innovation. The great thing is that people are heard and everyone has an ability to make meaningful change.

Diverse background of colleagues with numerous Dr's in the house, colleagues who have start-up experience, professional services background - Dayshape truly offers a stimulating environment across the board.

There is a real sense of pride in overcommunication as a value and this leads to a tremendous amount of transparency. I feel like I can be open in honest with all colleagues whether that be talking "up" or "down" within the org chart. Weekly all hands meetings provide a great forum to hear about what is happening and a place where questions to senior leaders can be asked.

Loads of initiatives to support mental and physical wellbeing. I think the approach to flexible working and the understanding people have a life and commitments outside of work make Dayshape an incredible employer.

It's the people that make Dayshape a really enjoyable place to work. Everyone is friendly, bright, and focused on delivering for our customers. Our leadership team works hard to ensure there is focus on building that team ethos across the organisation, for example, through our weekly all hands and monthly socials. It really is a great place to work!

Transparency is one of our Dayshape values, and I haven't worked in a more transparent organisation. For example, we have quarterly engagement surveys and all the survey results are shared with everyone in the company. Personally, any question I have raised have been welcomed and full responses given.

Our values are really important in Dayshape. We use them in everything from our recruitment processes, to our onboarding activities, from our daily appreciation of our colleagues, to the weekly all hands events. They aren't just a poster on the wall, we really are a Values led organisation.

Every day is different and we get a lot of satisfaction out of solving complicated problems for our clients or improving people's working lives in new, innovative ways.

There is a really strict adhesion to our values here at Dayshape, and a proper commitment from the company to making sure this is retained as we grow. I think because people are so integral to our product, we can't forget about why we are building our software. The fact everyone is nice doesn't mean that we are all the same though - we have a great variety of different viewpoints and backgrounds.

I feel like I've developed a lot since moving to Dayshape, simply because the bar is set so high for anyone coming into the company - there is no room to let the side down, and this makes me push myself and apply myself to the role at hand.

Employees wellbeing is treated as a priority, our company vision is to improve people's working lives, and we like to apply that to ourselves. A good work life balance is strongly encouraged and makes employees much happier, there are monthly company funded socials and a 'beer fridge' that is stocked for Friday afternoons on top of managers having a morale budget for their teams.

I am finding the growth aspect so exciting! We are winning awards, being recognised, growing the business and still maintaining an awesome culture. I feel like I'm in an orange Dayshape bubble and I love it. Our customers love working with us and there's so many opportunities to grow with the company.

We get a minimum £1000 budget per year to spend on training, since joining Dayshape 2 years ago I got my ISTQB Software Testing certificate, Agile PM Practitioner, Prince Practitioner, on top of access to just order any good books I want to read for career development, and I'm looking at some personal coaching next. I love it that i have the freedom to organise what training I want, and in addition I have the role that is giving me the opportunity to grow and learn as I go.

Professional Development is highly encourage, you are given a minimum of £1000/year budget to spend on books/courses/whatever and given the time to do it. Managers are also looking to help you gain more technical prowess anywhere you can improve.

There are many forums where I can voice my opinion - retrospectives, one to ones, anonymous team wide surveys, team wide meetings. When I do voice an opinion on something, I am listened to and actionable steps are made if there is something to do.

The team at Dayshape are really supportive, they genuinely care about my career progression and my wellbeing. On top of that, everyone is falling over themselves to help me out - and that in turn inspires me to help build the culture in my own team. The company culture is really outstanding - their values are genuine and lived out.

The values are descriptive about what life at Dayshape is really like. They're an active part of everyday life and they're used to celebrate each other and also challenge each other! Values emojis are probably among our most used emojis on Slack :)

The team is just great - everybody is really welcoming and good fun. The people are always everybody's favourite thing about Dayshape. So many smart, interesting, and just all round lovely people here who genuinely care about each other.

I'm regularly asked for my opinions - it's the only place I've ever worked where I've actually been asked to be *more* opinionated! We also get the space to action things as well - it's great to be able to have that impact by bringing to life the things we think should be done differently.
