In the midst of the largest-ever distribution of global workforces from in-office to remote, there has been a rapid shift in market focus towards scalable, distributed creative delivery solutions. Designity aims to meet that demand.

The company's virtual design studio allows customers to leverage creative talent as and when it is needed, under the supervision of an in-house art director. The company provides a more flexible and therefore cheaper solution than traditional agencies, while guaranteeing a level of service that gives assurance to companies unwilling to use flexible work platforms like Fiverr.

Designity is aiming to create a standard for freelance designers. However, flexible workers, unshackled by contracts, are also fickle and will look to try multiple job-seeking sites. The platform will have to continue to build a real community of designers to guarantee long-term sustainability.
