Thoughtful onboarding
The onboarding platform DoiT uses has a task list set out that you can easily work through in your first few weeks in the company, checking things off as you go. I also had an onboarding plan in place with my manager which really broke down stage by stage what I would be working on and heading towards. This was well thought out and gave me clear direction from day one.
Hard working team
My team is really hard working, enthusiastic and constantly coming up with new ideas to bring to the table. Everyone at DoiT is passionate and driven and your thoughts as individuals are respected and listened to here!
Supportive management
My manager is so supportive, she listens and takes interest in what I share whether it's work related or personal. She takes time to help me prepare for things I am not so sure of and will always get stuck in and support anyway she can. I find DoiT overall has this approach and really listens to their employees and do what they can to help you progress.
