Our take
Combining several marketplace features, Doji aims to provide a new platform for reselling mobile phones that is transparent, trusted and sustainable. Doji guarantees product quality through a stringent verification process and all sales go through its internal team, which is key to gaining customer confidence.
The business is grounded in environmental values, striving to combat e-waste, which is the world’s fastest-growing domestic environmental problem. Doji want to extend the lifespan of tech goods by improving the ease of buying and selling used phones, in this way reducing the manufacturing emissions.
Doji is currently only operating in the UK, but the company has huge plans to go global. Doji believes that its business model can be applied to other products such as sunglasses, and hope to venture into other types of products to continue its mission of reducing waste.
