Embed is a new entry to the fintech market. Founded in 2020, the company plans to offer broker-dealers, RIAs, banks, and trust companies clearing and custody services. Future customers will be able to integrate stock trading features into their mobile apps via the start-up’s APIs, or through code that enables apps to communicate.
CEO Michael Giles has an impressive track record in founding powerful and lucrative services for the financial market. As founder of investing API platform Third Party Trade, he led the business to become a leading financial market platform for dozens of fintech companies, before it was acquired by Stripe. If this previous success is anything to go by, his new venture may prove to be another exciting addition to the fintech scene.
