I am given the freedom to solve problems my own way but can also get support when needed. For me its an ideal situation that provides opportunities to grow and apply my own ideas but without the feeling of working on an island.

The people at Fig are refreshingly down to earth but also very driven. I never feel like I can't ask for help or am burdening someone when asking for further clarification on whatever we're working on. Makes getting things done that much easier!
