First AML first launched in New Zealand in 2017, before expanding operations to Australia in 2021, and the UK in 2022. This growth is testament to rising demand for First AML's tech. The company has gained around $30 million in funding as of 2022, which has further accelerated its growth.

First AML's main challenge will be competing with other already established regulatory tech providers. However, its ambitious expansion strategy and impressive financial backing will enable it to remain competitive in the coming years.

  • Our First AML Diversity and Inclusion Alliance has the goal of making First AML a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. We are passionate representatives from across the business who come together to ideate, facilitate and drive initiatives that create an inclusive workspace for all.
  • We're proud members of the Pride Pledge, an external community that supports organizations to increase their support, visibility and inclusion of their rainbow community - we hosted a company wide training around the importance of pro nouns at First AML
  • During 2021 we increased the number of women in our Engineering Team from 22% to 42% and are currently sitting at 31%
