At Form3 I get to work with highly intelligent, hard working and driven people, yet the human touch and social side of the job is equally as brilliant - even completely remotely (I joined remotely too). People always offer help, you never feel stupid asking a question in a meeting, socially there are weekly Slack quiz's that bring some fun to the week, and there is a huge focus on mental wellbeing but it isn't just lip service, they really do want a healthy happy workforce.

Not only have they all had brilliant careers before Form3, but they are keen to work on their leadership as well as just their technical jobs, each of them focuses on being a manager, looking at setting real goals that the whole company can follow, and aren't afraid to change their minds if they think they could do something better.
