Groq is an exciting semiconductor startup that went commercial with its long-developed product in 2020. It is making waves with its specialized chips designed for artificial intelligence, and looks set to challenge chipmaking giants Nvidia and AMD.
Much of its success will depend on corporate partnerships. Competitor Graphcore, for example, has teamed with Dell and Microsoft, which makes it a serious rival in this space. For its part Groq is building a solid customer base with including large companies especially in the financial services and autonomous driving industries
Groq's innovative processor architecture and collaborative culture invites constant growth opportunities and impactful contributions. It is continuing to develop its technology and is hiring additional talent to help it move forward in the market.
