I joined Tahora as a Community Lead, and very quickly started to branch outside of my role. From marketing and design to speaking up in product meetings, I've grown and learnt so much in a short space of time.

Great work is recognised

We have values that we all follow internally, which are totally open to discussion and refinement. We each nominate someone once a month as our hero of the month, choosing which value they have contributed. This really makes you feel that your work is recognised and makes work a bit more fun. Also, who doesn't love a bit of extra cash?

Given the nature of our business it comes as no surprise that this is ingrained in the co-founders but it is great to see a company practise what they preach! So important during this time in particular!!

The values and founding principles of the company are extremely clear and shared with everyone. It's clear why they became our values and what they truly mean - implementing them daily and weekly is a big priority. Every week we show recognition and align it to one of our core values!

Intelligent people

Everyone at Tahora is very smart and extremely driven. In such a small company that is growing so rapidly and in its early stage means things change all the time and we have to constantly be adapting. Ideas are constantly shared and I feel like I'm learning a lot from those around me.
