We're working with real-time technologies with an intent to grow to thousands of attendees. It really feels like innovation drives our goals and that we've just started.

I've started as a Software Developer and now I had the opportunity to try a more management role which means that I had to learn new skills. Hopin allowed that and I never felt pressure to rush it! Also, on the engineering side, there's a lot of opportunities to learn new technologies to find ways to improve our product.

I have two kids and currently working fully from home, it can get challenging but everyone at the company understands how difficult it can be and no one pressures you to comply with a specific schedule. You are the owner of your own work schedule.

Everyone at Hopin is very humble and there are no egos. We are all very passionate about the product and we all work towards improving the product/platform and ensuring our clients are taken care of. When someone has a question or requires support, another team member is always up to support whether it be answering a question or helping out with a project/task. Despite the fact this is a fully remote company, I believe I've built some strong connections with some colleagues and am excited to continue building on those relationships.

There is a lot of synergy among the teams (both within a team and cross-functionally) as we all want to see the product succeed. Everyone is super excited about the new features and updates and passionate to show it off to our clients. We also spend a lot of time trying to build our all-remote culture to ensure everyone feels included and there are plenty of touch bases in the organization such as regularly scheduled all-hands staff meetings, team meetings and socials!

Hopin is growing incredibly fast and it keeps me on my toes. I am truly learning something new every day and I also feel like there is opportunity to share my thoughts and ideas to help build processes and procedures. It is exciting to see the product grow and to work with like-minded team members and have the opportunity to test/trial new ideas.
