Hubble has a company wide call once a week where we are given full transparency on everything going on with the company right down from the board to the product. From starting at Hubble I have also had an excellent relationship with my managers who have been very clear with everything expected of me.

The work has been exciting and challenging throughout my time at Hubble (3+ years). Hubble is an ambitious company with a high-quality team, 18 months ago we only operated in London, but we have created a totally new product since then and we now operate in over 40 countries!

I joined Hubble in a junior role and have progressed through to managing teams and now work in a totally different part of the business to the one I initially joined. Hubble hires great people and the rate of growth means there are always opportunities to progress in terms of learning, pay, and job title!

Hubble trusts it's employees, I have never felt micromanaged and enjoy being given clear objectives that I can then work towards. I have the responsibility to help work out how to get there and to execute my own plan!
