Does having a Black CEO matter? YES, having young women from all backgrounds in management and higher matters even more, especially as a young Black British Law graduate who has experienced all sorts of horrid work places. This will forever be my reference from a great multicultural and diverse as well as accepting business.

The company runs so efficiently on its open and honest communication, this stems from having CEO's who have been on the other side, whereby they were job seekers or employees like me, the major difference is their ability to give the free space for everyone and anyone's opinion, advice etc to be welcome. it's authenticity at it's finest. Our COO understands that we're humans, not a number and that may sound like a cliche but it's actually very rare. There is a sense of perspective that family comes first and so long as you work and deliver, no matter where or how, you don't need to justify that.
