With the Web 3.0 project expanding, companies in the space need access to top talent, but the low levels of expert builders for the space means regular hiring channels can be slow. Job Protocol provides a decentralised recruitment network for companies to hire faster and cheaper, focussed entirely on Web 3.0 roles.

Job Protocol’s network relies on the novel idea of companies listing roles on the blockchain with a “recruitment bounty”, which incentivises the network’s ecosystem of talent partners to attract candidates to the role. The goal of this incentive is to connect talent to opportunities more efficiently, as referrers will only refer candidates to jobs that they think are a fit. Job Protocol aims to encode the incentives with smart contract technology, laying a groundwork protocol upon which blockchain recruitment practices can be built.

Though the company’s current focus is on the Web 3.0 industry, once the network is built it could be expanded to serve recruitment in a range of spaces. Job Protocol has raised impressive funds that will go towards expanding its team and accelerating the development of the network.
