I love the work we do at KEY ESG because we are helping companies improve on their ESG metrics. We work closely with our customers to drill down on what their problems are, as well as help them navigate this complicated landscape. There is lots to learn and it has been incredibly rewarding in terms of personal growth and seeing our platform solve real world problems.

Everyone's opinions and feedback are valued. We work towards solving customer problems, rather than been given solutions to build which gives us lots of space to put forward our ideas. We have regular all-hand type sessions where anyone can ask questions and contribute to other areas of the business.

We are very transparent at KEY ESG - being one of the company values. We have weekly and monthly update sessions on different areas of the business. It is great hearing about what other areas of the business are up to and how it is all feeding into the bigger picture.

It is also a fast-moving and relatively new sector so there is lots to learn and to do!
