Whenever there are new thoughts and ideas, you can always find someone to help out and people are willing for each other to succeed. It's an infectious environment that helps keep every day exciting.

You can see each really care about their team's well-being in their personal and professional lives and are willing to work hard to help them succeed. My manager is super supportive in my ventures at work and is really putting in the work to help me with my career development.
