Everyone at Localyze understands our mission. A lot of us have been through the struggle of relocating to a foreign country. We want to guide and help others who are currently in this process and by doing so we are changing people's lives every single day.

You can meet people from very different backgrounds at Localyze. We have regular coffee chats with random colleagues and it's very interesting to learn about who they are and where they come from. There's a very open culture. We're also a female led company.

Challenging work
Localyze is currently expanding across Europe, which means there are a lot of projects to work on as we grow and improve the product. There are multiple structures and processes to optimize or put in place, some of which I've never worked on independently so it's exciting!
Autonomy
I've been able to suggest new ideas and run with them with the support of my team lead and all the other teams that I collaborate with to get my work done. This is very important to me because I learn best while doing.

Working for Localyze means contributing to building a borderless world! As an expat that has lived and worked across 3 different continents and having dealt with tiresome bureaucracy tied to relocation I believe reimagining how people move for work is an important and exciting mission!

Each week at Localyze, all Localitos attend team a "Fiesta" catch-up where we hand out #kudos, share good news, discuss successes, and update the company on new features, releases, and what is being built. It's a time for everyone to come together and recognise achievements, share, and celebrate!
