With the increasing speed at which we're seeing the digital market grow, flexibility has become key in hiring and in talent management. Companies requiring fast growth and innovation need unlimited access to trusted professionals in order to survive.

MVP Match believes that the future of work depends on access to a global, on-demand workforce that’s vetted, pre-assessed and ready to handle even the most challenging projects. The company matches builders and visionaries from all around the world on a project-by-project basis to deliver the best possible experience for both sides across the freelance and permanent talent markets.

Over time, Match has built a powerful community of top-notch digital talent - all interviewed and tested based on professional skills and culture fit. They partner with companies in managing their talent needs to build, scale and innovate by connecting them with Engineers, Designers, PMs, and AI/Data Experts handpicked for each project.

Since its launch in 2019, MVP Match has worked with thousands of freelancers who have completed hundreds of successful projects for more than 150 companies, including Klarna, Facebook, Bumble, McKinsey, and PwC.

Benefits

  • It's our goal to be a workplace that inspires and challenges people. We know we work hard and we also know that our colleagues have needs beyond the basics, so we:
  • Ensure flexible working hours that accommodate lifestyles of early birds, night owls, families, travellers and explorers
  • Made the "remote" part of our DNA long ago. Mobile / Home office" isn't a benefit any longer
  • Have fun. Offsites, social time, games, care packages and a strong sense of humour make not only our colleagues laugh but our clients enjoy working with us
  • Live a feedback culture that asks everyone to be candid and reflected. We speak up and we listen
  • Love change - not for the sake of changing but we embrace that we need to move forward and we aren't afraid to ask the tough questions
  • Know we aren't perfect but we want to get there together with you. Tell us what you need to succeed and let's make it happen

EI'd say Match is very much like an amazing family, with genuinely nice people you just like to work and chat with. We're open and kind with eachother, encourage dialogue and we don't let things pass unsolved. It's a great place to work and invest time in, I don't think it can get much better.

Behind the curtains we're a hive of hardworking bees that love challenges and we're passionate about our craft. Not only we're hard workers, but we do it with a yuuuge smile on our faces.

We stand for freedom. Freedom to work when you want, from where you choose, freedom to bring in new perspectives and find unusual and smart means to achieve results. We are empowered to take ownership over our initiatives. With great power, comes great responsibility, that's right, but at Match, we are encouraged to think outside of the box, experiment, go on uncharted territory and make mistakes. Writing this down, I realize we're one of a kind.

Doesn't matter whether there are some issues with projects, hardships in personal lives or just a need to brag about a change of a hair colour - there is a space for all of that at Match. People in here are open for feedback and honest, emotional conversations are a norm and there is always a lot of understanding and support around, which makes it truly a place where people can be themselves.

I love Match for agreeing to let me work half-time (what can I say, I like to have the time and space for other things in life) and later on fully supporting my decision to move from Poland to Mexico, despite the time difference.

I feel that at Match I am being cared for as a human being and this comes first, before any project or deadline. There is an additional budget for wellbeing activities, but the understanding and support we get on every day basis means so much more <3
