First things first, my 'interview process' felt more like a casual chat than an interview. It became clear that hiring the right people is paramount to their vision. I've never felt more comfortable around my colleagues. Of course it helps that Metomic prioritises 'social bonding' which is underlined by a Metomic team day every 6 weeks and annual trips abroad as a company, last year to Lisbon and Barcelona this year
