There really is no wrong answers, no judgment and that is all you can really ask for when you join a team. I know most companies say this but Mindstep actually is the first company I've worked at that truly embodies this.

Dynamic changing meaningful work using a variety of tools, softwares, interacting with medics, engieners, software engineers and C-suite. The projects I've worked on have been amazing and exciting.

At Mindset outside of our own dedicated team meetings, we have an all-hands meeting every third week. It provides an opportunity for everyone to gather, understand and provide input for what is happening across the company beyond just their team.
