Jobandtalent is a job marketplace that specialises in temporary roles, aiming to make the labour market more fluid, and to simplify both the processes of hiring and finding a job.
With Jobandtalent, clients can manage the entire process of recruiting within a single mobile app - from selecting and hiring, to managing employees. The company uses its own proprietary technology, based on machine learning and developed by data scientists and engineers, in order to match jobs with the right candidates.
Counting Santander, Decathlon, and Ocado among its clients, Jobandtalent has clearly made an impression in the temp hiring space. Already a global company, but still focussed on accelerating growth, the company has plans to add 500,000 new workers to its platform as it doubles down on its US presence atop an impressive 90% increase in annual revenue in 2022.
