With Salesforce commanding a giant share of the SaaS cloud market, the company has locked in to lucrative and expanding market, attracting a well-financed and growing customer base.
OwnBackup has made strides to maintain pole position in the market, such as expanding its leadership team and releasing complimentary offerings to its product suite. The company has not, however, been immune to the larger economy at play, highlighted by cuts to the workforce in 2022.
