It uses artificial intelligence to obtain insights from business activity including emails, meetings and contacts, which helps sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Through its acquisition of Salesforce user productivity app Hero Research, will launch a new integration into Salesforce, giving sales teams the flexibility to manage their pipeline, territories, and activities in a more optimal way.
