Philo is an employer that encourages self-development and education. It was actually one of the more appealing aspects of the job offer when I was reviewing the company's perks. I think it means a lot when an employer cares about their employees' professional growth.

Most of the teams at Philo are unique in the ways that they showcase their energies. Team lunches, team challenges (hackweeks), huddles/bonding sessions (coffee chats, lunches, meet-ups), and special activities (virtual host events, etc) are always happening at Philo.

Perks at Philo are great, better than great, they are awesome! Working in this type of environment I not only feel appreciated but also respected by my employer in a way that I've never felt before.
