The CEOs make it very clear where we are, how we are performing and the goals we have as a company to executive and win on those goals. The org leads deliver messages clearly and transparently and none of them have ever been unavailable if you have questions or need direction. I have always find they will make time to support you however you ask or need to be.

When the OKRs are delivered, the leads ask for your input and ideas to help meet those goals. You have the ability to put forward and executive on your ideas - you only need to be communicative and open with others/leadership, who will support you or help you prioritise. I've been able to take on work with aligns to my strengths as well as the OKRs, which means I can do my best work, faster.
