I love working here. Everyone is very supportive and collaborative - you only need to ask and someone will help you. The company culture comes from having very strong and empathetic CEOs, who are here to do the right thing for everyone, not just make money at the expense of others.

The CEOs make it very clear where we are, how we are performing and the goals we have as a company to executive and win on those goals. The org leads deliver messages clearly and transparently and none of them have ever been unavailable if you have questions or need direction. I have always find they will make time to support you however you ask or need to be.

When the OKRs are delivered, the leads ask for your input and ideas to help meet those goals. You have the ability to put forward and executive on your ideas - you only need to be communicative and open with others/leadership, who will support you or help you prioritise. I've been able to take on work with aligns to my strengths as well as the OKRs, which means I can do my best work, faster.

Pigment gives me the possibility to give new ideas to the projects I'm involved. As a salesperson, I love being able to bring my personality to the sales sequences that I own.

All the team members at Pigment are always open to teach you new stuff. Recently, I had the opportunity to embark on a day-to-day training with another team member from an area/career that I'm curious about, so that's really cool.

Thanks to the social events Pigment provides, the team energy is always up! When working from home, this is extremely important and the team keeps you moving even when work gets boring.
