For me learning is very important in my work. At Qatalog I've learned so much and been able to work on very many things I had not had chance to work on previously. May it be from company process set up to how healthcare works in different countries and Brexit changes - learning possibilities are endless!

All the people in the team are so friendly, kind and funny. Team meetings are a joy to look forward to as we get to laugh so much at them!

We're working on big things and it is so impressive and encouraging to see how dedicated the team is, and how capable they are.

Everyone is really helpful and the dev meetings are relaxed and fun. No-one is harsh or judgey.

Everyone owns a workstream and takes responsibility for their bit. Implementation decisions are yours to make, but you also have full support from your team-mates to bounce ideas around etc. There's no dictatorship or micro-management.
