Redesign Health is innovating in healthcare by developing technologies, tools, and insights that lower the barriers to change across the industry - ultimately powering the launch of companies from the ground-up.

The company considers itself an innovation platform. Rather than simply deploying capital, Redesign works with founders to create healthcare solutions across all sectors of the industry.

Since 2018, over two dozen healthcare businesses have been built at Redesign Health, touching the lives of more than 10 million people across verticals including cancer care, teleaudiology, COVID-19 testing, and metabolic health. Redesign believes the traditional innovation model that has successfully transformed other industries like retail and media has proven largely inadequate in healthcare due to its uniquely complex, opaque and highly regulated nature.

Despite rapid advancements in the science of healthcare over the past 20 years, the business of care delivery remains mostly unchanged — with patients suffering every day as a result. Redesign is focused on solving these pain points of healthcare innovation at scale.

Founders

Worked in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs and in Private Equity at The Carlyle Group before gaining an MBA from Harvard. Managing Director of Lone Pine Capital, where they focused on Healthcare before founding Redesign Health in 2018.
