Founders

They started their career as Director of PR & SEO at SparkPeople.com before working as CMO of Virtucon Ventures and co-founding Look IO. They left their Mobile Strategy Directorship at LivePerson to co-found Replicated in September 2014.

Having studied Computer Science at Michigan State University, they worked as a Software Engineer at TekInsight, Wendy's, Grassroots Communications, TickCo, RazorGator, and TigerText over 11 years. They co-founded Look IO and worked at LivePerson with Grant before founding Replicated together.

There are no core hours here a Replicated. Each team allows for autonomy within the roles. I feel that each manager understands their ICs work ethics and trusts them to get their work done.

This detail is the most important to me, as I feel that if you have a good manager it can make or break your work / life balance. My manager does checks in with me consistently to ensure my workload is appropriate. As well as my VP schedules time for us to just talk as a team to get to know one another, which is key for a remote team to feel more engaged.
