As a result, it can take weeks or months of engineering for vendors to make their software operational, a roadblock which Replicated helps them overcome.
Replicated's customer list is impressive, with more than 60 of the Fortune 100 using software applications that are delivered and maintained through the platform. The company continues to add features to improve its product utility, including capabilities that enable customers to accelerate enterprise adoption of their Kubernetes applications.

There are no core hours here a Replicated. Each team allows for autonomy within the roles. I feel that each manager understands their ICs work ethics and trusts them to get their work done.

This detail is the most important to me, as I feel that if you have a good manager it can make or break your work / life balance. My manager does checks in with me consistently to ensure my workload is appropriate. As well as my VP schedules time for us to just talk as a team to get to know one another, which is key for a remote team to feel more engaged.
