Everything simply works, from modern meeting rooms with easy to adjust cameras and screens - hybrid meetings actually are enjoyable like this - to other internal systems we use. As a sales person, you can just click on the number and the call starts. You are free to use add-ons that improve your workflow. If inefficiencies are spotted the team is listening to feedback and adjusting the workflows. Modern tech is also used to give you insights on your quality of calls and meetings to help you learn from others and grow as a sales person.

As a new parent, I've seen first-hand how demotivating it was for my wife to be commanded back into the office and really restricted with her hours.
