Hospitality guest experience platform
Jump to section
SevenRooms' mission is to help hospitality operators own, analyze and optimise every step of the guest journey.
Xav Kearney
CTO of Otta
SevenRooms is a guest experience and retention platform that helps hospitality operators create better customer experiences to drive revenue and repeat business. Its full suite of products includes reservation, waitlist and table management, online ordering, review aggregation, and marketing automation.
Founded in 2011, it has proved very popular in the hospitality industry, with its platform used to manage over 10 million guest experiences monthly. However its success has bred imitation and it now faces stiff competition from other startups in the sector such as OpenTable, Resy, Tock, and HotSchedules.
SevenRooms has undergone several recent partnerships in a bid to maintain its competitive edge. For example, it joined forces with TheFork in 2021 to offer a combination of services aimed at helping restaurants increase online reservations while managing their front-of-house and guest experiences. The partnership spans Australia, the United Kingdom, and a number of European countries including Belgium, Italy, and France.
In total, SevenRooms has customers and integration partners in more than 250 cities worldwide. With revenue for the company approaching $20 million annually, the future of SevenRooms seems bright.
