A fundamental change in commercial culture has occurred. Where before, brands relied on one-way communication with an ‘audience’, a rising standard of consumers for authenticity and intimacy has driven an explosion in ‘community-led growth’. The Alliance is capturing that shift in the professional development vertical.

The company has created a unique community-based professional development template for different job types. Each brand has its own set of resources, communities, events, reports and mentors connecting professionals seeking growth. For example, The Product Marketing Alliance is one of its fastest-growing marketing brands, reaching 10,000 members in its first sixteen months.

The Alliance is now working on expanding its portfolio of brands to other job types. 2022 saw the creation of three more new communities: Developer Marketing Alliance, GTM Academy and Community-Led Alliance - bringing the total to 11.
