I've not been at Snaptrip for long, but I am appreciated as an expert in my field and encouraged to voice my ideas and take them further with the support of my colleagues and managers.

There are no barriers to communication, and everyone speaks openly and honestly. There has never been an instance where something is unknown for very long; it's clear that the priority is that knowledge is power for everyone!

Great work is recognised

Everyone is an expert in what they do and it’s a privilege to work with such talent. Although everyone is more modest then they should be, senior management are our biggest cheer leaders and never fail to give praise where praise is due, in more ways than one.

I have never worked at a company that is as honest and transparent as Snaptrip (in the best possible way). This was extremely appreciated during what has been a really difficult year for everyone. It’s refreshing to work somewhere that is so considerate of everyone’s needs and mental health.

Snaptrip is full of amazingly talented people who have a wealth of knowledge to learn from. It's still a small company so one person can touch many areas of the business. They recognise talent and will do what they can to help people reach their potential. When I arrived I was a relatively junior developer - 2 years later I'm comfortably a senior.
