Being a part of educating and helping people understand Social Value as a whole, feels very meaningful. As a part of the CS/Operations team, I have the opportunity to interact with outside organisations to further develop their social value understanding and assist them with using our platform. I personally feel very supported by my manager and the director of my wider team. My manager and I communicate frequently, to share ideas on projects and developments - additionally if there is anything I'm struggling with, I feel comfortable and confident enough to address this with my manager and ask for help. Constructive feedback is always respectful and useful but there's also a lot of praise when your work is appreciated!

The company is constantly growing, changing and improving in various ways. With this comes constant opportunities to learn and develop new skills, as the business grows so does your skillset! SVP allows for innovation and ideas, company wide and interpersonally.

"Every day is a school day" Someone once told me. That's a simple philosophy to live by. I joined the SVP team on the 6th March and whilst i've worked in Sales and Account Management for many years, there's so much to learn here. All good things too with plenty of support from colleagues and plenty of resources.

I feel like i am in the right place to contribute to society and help do something that is a force for good. Sustainability in all its forms is a force for good.

I've seen some pretty vague Onboarding processes in some of the places i've worked. Glad to say my experiences here have been nothing but positive . Structured roadmap with a mixture of E-learning , meet and greets . I've met lots of great people here ...I feel insipred!

You are onboarded really thoroughly, set up for success in your role, then given the space and trust you need to crack on! I respond really well to this way of working, as do others. I love that I can design my week and deliver the projects with most impact.

When it's been a challenging day or a tough project, it's comforting to remember that the work we do impacts the communities around us. Our product is designed to help companies make a positive difference, and that's ultimately what makes all the hard work worth it.
