It's important to me to be able to use my development skills in a way that will improve the world, and at Sourceful sustainability is central to our mission. I also appreciate that sustainability is something all of my colleagues genuinely value and take seriously.

Since I started at Sourceful I've had several great conversations with my team lead about my career goals, interests, and how I'd like to expand my skillset. There are also company wide career ladder discussions somewhat regularly so there is transparency and clarity regarding what needs to be done to progress. It's great to be able to have these discussions with a practical way to follow through and advance in my career.

I really enjoy working with my team. There's always a positive energy and everyone is very supportive of each other. Even between teams there's always enthusiasm for helping each other out. Although we're working remotely there's a great vibe and no big egos. We're quite a diverse team as well which I love!
