Transitioning fully remote during the first lockdowns was relatively seamless given we already had a flexible working policy in place. People are encouraged to work at times that work best for them (I am not a morning person so I start and finish late) for some an early start works best for them and this is fine too. :)

Since the moment I joined Streetbees I was welcomed and provide with great support consistently. The whole company leadership to junior employees genuinely wants everyone to be comfortable and able to collaborate. For example on my first week I calls with everyone Co-Founders, direct manager, team members and non-direct team members all introducing themselves. This allows everyone to approach whoever necessary and proving that hierachy problems dont exist.
