One of the emerging trends we’re seeing is pre-employment screening tests, which both ensure that new hires have the relevant skills, and that good hires aren’t passed over in favour of someone with a snappier CV.
TestGorilla is a company riding this wave, with software offering custom or pre-set tests for skills, personality, and specialisms. The trend is set only to grow, too, when you consider the added pressure companies are now under to eradicate bias from their hiring practices. TestGorilla has had a strong start, already attracting 10,000+ customers including H&M, Publicis, Sony and Oracle.
Having raised considerable funding, the company are focused on expanding their library of screening tests, hiring more talent, and building more integrations with the other tools typically used by those who run hiring processes.
