Being customer facing, I'm given the opportunity to bring their voice to our Product team. Thousands of users rely on me to relay feedback their way. Nothing is more inspiring than to go back to our customer and show them that their feedback was extremely valuable in shaping our product.

As we continue to grow, we're seeing new employees join us from all backgrounds. We're given plenty of opportunities to express our differences and no judgement is ever felt. With diversity also comes various perspectives and experience. Melting that all together is not easy to do but I feel like we've done an amazing job at accommodating to all!

When I joined Trint I was really scared. I was brought in to set up the Talent function completely from scratch. Having never held a stand-alone role before I had severe imposter syndrome. Nearly two years on, I can hand on hard say that joining Trint was the best career decision I've ever made. Although I was plunged into the deep end, having a friendly, and supportive team helped me get through some of the tough parts. I was given loads of autonomy and was able to set up the Talent function by myself. We're now a Talent Team of 4! It's wild! I couldn't have foreseen this when I started. There's such a feel-good vibe to Trinters. They're all a very interesting and diverse bunch, however, they share some common traits. They're all friendly, supportive, and collaborative. I've made some great friends working at Trint. The people at Trint make me feel very supported and valued.
