TripAdvisor is a clear winner for online reviews, with 70% of those surveyed saying they use the site as their ‘go-to’ for its descriptive and helpful reviews. With more than 490 million active users, the amount of data on TripAdvisor makes it very hard to displace as the leader. The service becomes more valuable every time someone posts another review.
