Every week we have an All-Hands meeting where everyone gets an overview of what each team has been up to, what has gone well or badly, and where we can help each other to clear a path if necessary. Everything that has happened during the week comes up during this meeting including things like finances, client relations, investment, and feature development. Previous places I've worked have kept these details among the management team for longer, preferring only to give out the good news.

I've learnt more in depth knowledge but also broadened my horizons working at Vitrue. I joined as a software engineer but have had the opportunity to get stuck into feature management, cyber security and setting up IT infrastructure and also get more involved with DevOps during my time here.
