I started Yapily as an intern during the start of the covid pandemic. I am glad to say even through hard times Yapily offered me a full time job after my internship. Open Banking is still a very young and quickly evolving space with lots of interesting innovations and partnerships happening all the time. There is so much to learn and be excited about as we change and disrupt the traditional financial landscape.

The mission is clear and we have lot of work to do to achieve our goals. We want to service our clients, improve our products and push Open Banking and its global adoption forward as quickly as possible. It's very challenging work, but also very rewarding.

Tons of challenges for an Engineer due to working on something very demanding. You do need all the knowledge that you have and acquiring more is definitely appreciated.

We work hard but It' rewarding. Maintaining thousands of connections is not an easy task and also the highest levels of service for our customers. It's always rewarding.

When I started we were around 30 and now we are more than double. We are growing and you can see the positive changes in a more mature and diverse working culture.
