Kin + Carta is a global consulting firm that aims to support companies in their journey of becoming digital businesses by creating products, platforms, and experiences that help them achieve this purpose.
The company differentiates itself through its combination of strategic consulting, software engineering, and data expertise which it leverages to deliver maximum value to clients. What's more, the company is committed to making the world a better place for future generations - its Americas division has already become a Certified B Corporation which proves that the company is on the right track.
Kin + Carta currently has two priorities: boosting its current capabilities and geographical expansion. It has already completed a number of investments as part of this initiative, including acquiring Cascade, to improve the firm’s data capability. It has also sold its healthcare communications business, Hive, in order to continue its focus on the DX market.

Kelly Manthey
(CEO, not founder)They worked at Solstice for 14 years until February 2020, holding various senior positions at the company, most recently a CEO. Prior to becoming the CEO of Kin + Carta in July 2022, they were the company's Group Chief Executive - Americas.

- We have dedicated affinity groups for under represented and marginalised individuals to connect with others like them. For example; LGBTIQA+, Black + Kin, Women's Group and Neurodivergence Social groups.
- We run regular workshops for all of our Kin to help raise awareness and education on important diversity & inclusion topics.
